These terms apply to every order placed with WaterVerse through www.waterverse.store or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices
- All prices on the store are in US dollars and include delivery inside our service area.
- A plan is a fixed term arrangement paid once at checkout. The bottle count is per month.
- We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the address falls outside our service area, in which case you are refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We will always tell you if a route is delayed. Full details are in our delivery information page.
Bottles
The 21 litre bottles remain the property of WaterVerse at all times. You agree to keep them out of direct sunlight, to use them only for our drinking water, and to make them available for collection on your delivery day. Bottles that are lost or damaged beyond repair may be charged at replacement cost.
Use of the water
Our water is supplied for normal drinking and cooking use. If a member of your household has a medical condition that requires water with a specific mineral profile, check with your doctor first.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment methods shown on the store. Orders are confirmed once payment clears.

Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying water that meets the standards described on this site. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of business, arising from a delayed or missed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
