Where we deliver
WaterVerse delivers around Kingstree and the surrounding towns in Williamsburg County and nearby parts of South Carolina. If you are not sure whether your address is on the route, send your zip code to ryanjamal1719@gmail.com or call +1 307 302 9682 and we will confirm before you pay.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every water plan and on every accessory inside our service area. The price you see on the plan is the price you pay.
When your bottles arrive
- Your first delivery is scheduled within 48 hours of your order being confirmed.
- After that we deliver on the same day each month, on our route day for your area.
- We will contact you before the first drop off to agree a time window.
- If nobody is home we can leave the bottles in a safe spot you nominate.
Empty bottles
Leave your empty bottles out on your delivery day and our driver will take them away and swap in fresh sealed ones. Bottles remain the property of WaterVerse. There is no charge for normal use, but a bottle that is lost or damaged beyond repair may be charged at replacement cost.
Changing a delivery
Call or email us at least one working day before your scheduled delivery and we will move it. Deliveries can be paused for holidays and picked up again when you are back.
Dispensers
If you order a dispenser it arrives with your first water delivery and our driver will set it up and show you how to load a bottle.
