Choose your bottle count and plan length, then pay once. You can add a dispenser or a hand pump at the same time.
We deliver and set up
Your first drop off is scheduled within 48 hours. We carry the bottles in and set up the dispenser if you ordered one.
We swap the empties
Every month we bring fresh sealed bottles and take the empty ones away. Nothing for you to arrange.
What goes into every bottle
Water is treated in five stages, then bottled and sealed on the same day. Bottles are washed and sanitised before every refill, and each one carries a batch date so you always know how fresh it is.
- Sediment filtrationSand, silt and rust are taken out first so the finer filters last longer.
- Activated carbonChlorine, odours and the taste of the mains supply are removed here.
- Reverse osmosisA fine membrane pulls out dissolved solids, heavy metals and nitrates.

How big is a 21 litre bottle?
A 21 litre bottle holds a little over five and a half US gallons. A household of two normally goes through one or two bottles a month. An office of ten people usually needs four or five.
Do I need a dispenser?
No. You can pour straight from the bottle or use a hand pump. If you want hot and cold water on tap, we sell top load and bottom load dispensers and set them up on your first delivery.
Can I change my delivery day?
Yes. Call or email us at least a day before your scheduled drop off and we will move it to a day that suits you.
What happens to the empty bottles?
We take them back on the next delivery. They are washed, sanitised, inspected and refilled. You are never charged for the bottle itself as long as it comes back to us.
Can I pay monthly instead of upfront?
Right now every plan is paid once at checkout. Choose a 1 month plan if you want to try the service first, then move to a longer plan for the lower rate.
